Comprehensive Uniform Ordering System
Our contract customers benefit from the use of our free of charge uniform ordering system. Our bespoke system has been built with our customers requirements in mind and offers vast variations of how the system can be utilised and modified to benefit the customer the most.
Utilising a hierarchy permissions structure, the system can allow anybody within their company to have access to the system but with tiered permissions where users can only order restricted products with, if required, pre-specified price budgeting.
To further enhance the user experience, the system will utilise clothing sets with varying branding so the customer can see exactly what is available but can be restricted to who can order what.
Our system is used by customers with over 8000 employees and over hundreds of different site locations and where individuals are concerned, the system can be set up to allow employees to order their own uniform with a central management having full control in overseeing spend.
Budget Managed & Tracked Uniform
To allow our customers the greatest amount of flexibility and to alleviate workload from administrators having to place orders on behalf of their employees, our system can allow each and every employee in the workplace access to order their uniform but restricted to a given value over a given time frequency.
This provides the company with confidence that excessive uniform cannot be ordered but allows the responsibility of maintaining the company image on the employee.
Regardless whether your company allows employees access, the same budgeted structure can also be enforced even if uniform is order by an administrator for the employees.
The system allows for itemised product / employee allocation for tax reasons and serves as a historic tool to understand spend.
Uniform Brand Standards & Catalogues
To further the customer experience with us and allow them to keep updated with the current uniform standards, here at Be Smart Clothing, we will produce a brand catalogue containing all information regarding the uniform supplied to them.
It allows for a constant appearance to be maintained and the customers company to remain uniform in uniforms. It is a free of charge service offered to our mainstream customers and there is no limit to updates as the uniform takes newer and different appearances.

Tax Tabs, Adjustments & Alterations
Businesses are requested by the inland revenue that all plain clothing issued to a company’s employee free of charge is a ‘fringe benefit’ to the employee. Therefore, if no embroidery or heatseal or any other means of none removable company identification is not visible, a tax tab either woven or printed must be worn visible on the wearer. Due to the vast array of customers’ employees we serve, it is without a doubt specials and adjustments will be required at some point or another. Heatseal Decoration
Heatseal decoration is a versatile decorative way of branding your products with many versions of vinyl based inks. An alternative option to embroidery, heatseals are ideal for larger designs. Heatseals can be produced in single colour all the way though to full colour near photographic quality prints.
As with anything of a printed nature, the cost of heatseals comes down considerably thew few the colours there are and the larger the quantity run. As with embroidery, heatseals are used to help create branding personalised to businesses. Choosing which one is best is down to us to advise you on.
Embroidery
Probably more convenient and cost effective, embroidery is a perfect way for decorating your uniform. Where heatseals are costed off the number of colours and quantities, embroidery is costed off the number of stitches. This determines the price and where with heatseal cost can come down with quantity, embroidery costs are constant whether you have 1 or 1000 products to embroider.
Generally a classier, cleaner and better customer facing appearance over heatseal, we would recommend embroidery for almost all logo decorations. There are draw backs to embroidery, of which we can discuss depending on the products you require.
Screen Printing
Screenprinting is a fantastic way of producing large volume prints at a reasonable price. Screen printing can be offered to print any design to fit on the smallest or largest clothing products available on the market. Available in single colour or near full colour designs, screen printing is excellent for promotional wear, events or any function where 300 piece + runs are required.
More than likely, you will see a screen printed product at fun runs, company promotional events and at festivals, it is an excellent way to get your brand out there and the print process is surprisingly cheap.

Bespoke Uniform

With our knowledge, expertise and design services, we can provide our customers with a whole range of bespoke products ranging from corporate suits, shirts & blouses either printed or woven, pantone specific or simply stock fabrics to casual wear and accessories.

Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is the name given to a fully customisable 100% polyester product. Namely sportswear, these products can rage from t-shirts to polo shirts, hoodies, leggings – the list goes on.
A design is printed on paper and that paper is run though a heat press for a better word where the ink evaporates off the paper onto the polyester in the form of the panels that make up the product. Those panels are sewn together that makes the the product fully customisable.
Often seen on football shits, cyclist attire and running vests, the designs are limitless and almost every part of a given sublimated product can be customised.
